I am a single father to two boys; ages four and eighteen. An accumulation of medical expenses for my four year old son, college expenses for my older son, slow times at work during the holidays.........................has caused me to max out every possible resource possible. I am behind on my mortgage payments, as well as a never ending quest to keep everything else paid up. I can not qualify for a mortgage refinance due to my credit score. I am at my wits end and am close to losing my house, and I am PLEADING AND BEGGING for some help from somewhere !!! I really don't know what else to do !!!
